Refund of PolicyCreative IT Firm adheres to a strict non-refund policy. As we provide our clients with non-material, permanent products, and services, we do not entertain refund requests after the service/guest post link is delivered.

When purchasing Creative IT Firm packages, subscription plans, or sponsored guest post services, you agree that all payments are non-refundable except as occasionally mentioned here. As a customer, you should understand this when acquiring any service through our website.

Creative IT Firm does not honor requests for refunds or return payments for the following reasons:

  1. It includes the availability of website pages all day, the website loading speed, the presence or absence of hyperlinks, the presence in the index of search engines, third-party comments, text formatting, content, and style. For consistency, there can be no exceptions.

If, under any circumstance, we cannot publish an article/guest post on the publisher sites you requested, you will be eligible for a full refund deducting payment gateway charges. In this case, we may offer the option to redo the order on other similar publisher sites or credit the amount in the POSTING Wallet for future use. However, you will always have the choice to receive a full refund in this situation if you prefer.

Refunds Request During the Writing Process

When you place an order with us, we use your payment to pre-pay our writers to work on your order. So if you change your mind under any circumstance during the article writing or review process, we can offer a 50% refund. In this case, you will still receive your news story and be able to request revisions. The completed article will be yours to use in any way you choose.

Refunds During the Publishing Process

Refunds requested during the publishing guest post process will be denied. We cannot halt publication in progress and cannot recover the costs of publishing an article. Please ensure you review your article thoroughly before approving it for publications. We make every effort to ensure that your article is free from errors. However, you should always check: the article meets your requirements, the business contact details are accurate, the spelling and language are appropriate, the keywords you provided are used, and that the links work correctly.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Refunds should be approved or denied based on this policy within 24 hours of receiving your request.

  • Credit Card Refunds will be available back on your card within 5 – 10 workdays.
  • PayPal Refunds will be instantly visible in your PayPal account once we have processed them. If you paid with your PayPal balance, the funds should be available shortly after we process it. If you paid using a card or bank account, the funds are usually available within five working days, but they can take longer depending on your bank.

Refunds will always be sent back to the PayPal account, bank account, or card that you used when making payments. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds to a different account.

You must provide clear evidence that the purchased product or service fails to meet its description on our site. We do not honor complaints based on the customer’s false expectations or desires.

Creative IT Firm reviews complaints on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any complaint at our sole discretion.
